Ee to the Auditor of Cuyahoga Cotimty. <br />SECTION 3: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the ity Treasury for payments fram any of the aforegoing appropria.tians upon <br />receiving propert certifica.tes and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an Qrd.inance or Resolution of Council to make <br />the expenditures; provided tha.t no warrants sha.ll be drawn or paid for salaries or wages <br />except to persons enployed by authority of and in accordan,ce with law or ordinan.ce. <br />1'rovided further that the appropriations for canti.ngencies can only be expended upan <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligatian <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific <br />appropriatians herein ma.de. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinan,ce sha.ll take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />da.te permi.tte y Article IV, Sectian 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED <br />ATTEST : <br />orence E.
