..,.?. ,. , .. . : " THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this lst day of Januarv ? 19 85 by and between the City of North Olmsted, Ohio (herein referred?to ?- as the ••Employer'•) and Local 1267, I.A.F.F. (herein referred to as the ••Association••). Y I T N E S S E T H• VE[EREAS, the Employer and the Association desire to promote, achieve, and maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Association, and WHEREAS, the Employer and the Association desire to provide for the equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences as they may arise, and WHEREAS, the Employer and the Association desire to establish proper standards of wages, hours and other conditions of employment; NOV, THExEFORE, in consideration of the promises and of the mutual covenants hereia contained, it is mutually agreed as follows: ARTICLE I DEFINITIONS In this Agreement, whenever the contezt so indicates, the singular or plural number and the masculine, feminine or neuter gender shall be deemed to include the other, the terms "he", "his•• and ••him" shall refer to an Employee (as herein defined) and the capitalized terms shall have the following meanings: AAreement This agreement including all amendments thereto.
