.r <br />CI TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-29 <br />BY: 4) <br />-,? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR 500 CUBIC <br />YARDS OF CONCRETE, INCLUDING REMOVAL, DISPOSAL, <br />AND REPLACEMENT, FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROAD <br />REPAIR NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />COUNTX OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby aut- ioF rized to advertise for bids for 500 cubic yards of concrete, <br />including removal, disposal, and replacement for Service Department <br />road repair needs, according to the specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for the City's concrete <br />reauirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED:_ <br />ATTEST: <br />F EN E E.
