Consistent with Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordi- <br />nances, the following fees shall be reflected on bills rendered to each indus- <br />trial waste discharger served by the system during the periods indicated to <br />pay costs of the City's pretreatment program: <br />Year Cost Per Year <br />1985 $425 <br />1986 440 <br />1987 460 <br />1988 480 <br />1989 500 <br />Section 4. That existing Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances <br />and Ordinance No. 84-92, passed on October 16, 1984, shall be and the same <br />hereby are repealed. <br />Section 5. That is is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this <br />Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were <br />in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements, <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6.
