. <br />CTTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORllINANCF N0. 85 - 5 <br />PY : <br />rlayor _Swietyniowslci <br />AN ORDINf1NCE APPROVING TFIF, rXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWrIZ <br />SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY SIX (6) ACRES Or LAND AT FITCH <br />ROAD AND COOK R.OAD ANI) CONSISTING OF TIIE OLMSTED TOWNSHIP <br />r1UNICIPEIL CENTER AND A FIVF,' (5) ACRE SHOPPING ARrA LOCATED <br />WITHIN OI,MSTF;D TOWNSHIP. <br />ti+]HEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, in accordance with the <br />terms of the contract between the City and the Cuyahoga 13oard of <br />Cotinty Commissioners, has furnished sewer services to areas of <br />Ol.msted Township, and <br />WHERLAS, it is the desire of the Cuyatiof;a Board of County <br />Commissioners to provide said development witti sanitary sewer <br />ser.vices, and <br />WHERF.AS, the contract between the City of North Olmsted and <br />the Cuyatioga Board of County Commissioner.s does not govern areas <br />otztside the original service area such as said development, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has the present capability of providing <br />sanitary sewer services to said development. <br />\OW, 7'fIEREIiORE, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THr COLINCII, OF THF. CITY <br />OF NORTII OLMSlED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the sanitary sewerage facilities to be <br />constructed as part of tlie development as descr_ibe-d in Exhibit "A" <br />be allowed to be connected to the Nor.tli Olmsted sewer sysLem, and <br />sewage frum this area shall bE transported to and treated at the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant subsequent to the approval_ <br />of the Ctiyahoga County Sanitary Fngineer's Office and the approval <br />of the North Olmsted City Engineer. <br />SECTION 2: That all services provided, and all maintenance <br />responsibilities, and all_ charges and f.ees collected shall be in <br />accordance with the provisions of the current Service Agreement <br />between the Cuyahoga L'oard of County Commissioner.s and the City of <br />Nortti Olmsted . <br />SE CTION 3: That ttiis ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the carliest period allowed Uy law. <br />---- <br />PASSI:D: A/A"-? <br />n'r?'Es r : <br />-?11?-??? _? ----_-- <br />F:lorence E.
