; <br />. <br />k? r,• <br />CITY OF NOKI'H OIMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86-137 <br />Page 5 <br />SECTION 4: That there be appropriated for the Sewer Bond <br />R,etirement Fund the follawing : <br />Sewer Bond Retirement Fznd ...........................$100,000 <br />SECTION 5: That there be appropriated for the Step III Fund the <br />following: <br />Step III Fund ........................................$500,000 <br />SECTION 6: That the Clerk of Council shall imnediately fozward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 7: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments frcen any of the <br />aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law <br />to approve same, or an Ordi.nance or Resolution of Council to make the <br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the <br />appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of <br />two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal <br />obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 8: That this Ordinance shall <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSm: 1961 <br />ATIEST: <br />lorence E.
