?. <br />CITY OF NOR'I'H OLMSTID <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86-133 <br />BY: MAYOR Petrigac <br />AN pgpINAN(E Tp MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CCTRREDIT ExPENSES <br />pNp OTHER FXPIIWIT[TRES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID FOR <br />THE YEAR ENDING DECIIMER 31, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, Federal Revenue Shari.ng receipts received in 1986 are 'Itao <br />Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-nine Dollcirs ($210,659); and <br />WI-iERF,AS, State Highway Fund receipts are anticipated to exceed the <br />original and amended estimates by Forty-two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty- <br />four pollars ($42,484). <br />N(JW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NOR`I'H OIMSTED, COtINTY OF <br />CCTyAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund anticipated and <br />budgeted receipts be amended to read 'Itao Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred <br />Fifty-nine Dollars ($210,659). <br />SECTION 2: That the State Highway Ftiand anticipated and budgeted <br />receipts be amended to read Fifty 'I'housand Four Hundred Eighty-four pollars <br />($50,484). <br />SECTION 3: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December <br />31, 1986, that the follawing sums be and they are hereby set aside and <br />appropriated as follows; <br />Current Change Revised <br />Amount Amount <br />FIDERAL REVENLTE SHARING FCTND <br />Street Lighting $100,000 $30,000 $130,000 <br />STATE HIGHWAY FCTND <br />Salt, Cinders & Calciiun Chloride 42,484 8,000 50,484 <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of C.iyahoga County.
