CITY UF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 127 <br />BY : MR. WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLI5HING THE COMPENSATION <br />TO BE PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPERVISORY <br />PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS L:INE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish <br />a compensation schedule for all salaried personnel employed by <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND 5TATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That effective February 1, 1987, the compensation <br />to be paid to the salaried personnel of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager <br />Supervisor of Operations <br />Supervisor of Maintenance <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />Maintenance <br />Operations Administrator <br />Secretary <br />Zone Supervisor <br />Salary R.ange <br />$25,200 to $38,700 <br />$24,000 to $36,800 <br />$24,000 to $36,800 <br />$22,500 to $34,500 <br />$16,700 to $25,700 <br />$10,900 to $20,200 <br />$22,500 to $34,500 <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance hereby repeals ordinance <br />No. 84-83 and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for further reason that <br />it is necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected tuCand <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passa9e <br />approval by the Mayor.
