NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OINlSTED, CpLTN'I'y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North O]msted during the year ending December 31, 1986, that the following stuns be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follaws; Current Increased Decreased Revised RECREATION F[lND Recreation Center Materials & Supplies Organization & Travel Building Repair & Maint. Team Sales Concessions S.ipplies 'POTAL $11,300 $5,700 -0- 500 300 -0- 35,000 5,000 -0- 19,000 -0- 9,000 34,000 -0- 2,000 $17,000 800 40,000 10,000 32,000 $11,000 $11,000 SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall inmediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Clxyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments fran any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made.
