- `_ L CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 86-9 0 BY : )Xir- . /4, AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE CURRENT REPLACEMENTS PAGES TO THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES; TO ADOPT NEW MATTER; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be amended to conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and WfiEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. Drane Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a general and permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated into component codes, titles, chapters and sections within the 1986 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, amended or repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State law: 337.27 Seat Belt Requirements (Added). 339.03 Maximum Width, Height and Length (Amended). 505.12 Report of Escape of Dangerous Animal (Added). 513.01 Definitions (Amended). 521.02 Venting of Heaters and Burners (Amended). 537.07 Endangering Children (Amended). 537-15 Temporary Protection Order (Amended). 537.18 Contributing to Delinquencp of a Child (Added). 549.01 Definitions (Amended). 549.02 Carrying Concealed Weapons (Amended). 549.08 Sale and Use of Fireworks (Repealed). 549.09 Fireworks Display Permits (Repealed Effective December 1, 1986). 1719.01 Definitions (Added). 1719.02 Fireworks Exhibition Permits (Added Effective December 1, 1986). 1
