CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86 - 87 <br />PAGE TWO <br />(c) School Guards .............$3.84 Per Hour - lst Year <br /> 4.67 Per Hour - After lst Year <br />(d) Auxiliary Police ..........$3.84 Per Hour - lst Year <br /> 4.67 Per Hour - After lst Year <br />(e) Police Matron ....... . • . • • • $3.84 Per Hour - lst Year <br /> 4.67 Per Hour - After lst Year <br />(f) Dispatchers (Part Time).... $3.64 to $5.30 Per Hour <br />(g) Dispatchers (Full Time).... $ 9,800 to $11,902 Annually <br />(h) Senior Dispatcher (Full <br />Time)...$10,000 to $13,800 Annually <br />(i) Off-Duty Electrical <br />Maintenance....... $6.00 to $8.00 Per Hour <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time non-uniform police personnel, <br />having completed five (5) years of full-time, continuous service <br />as employees of said department shall be paid an additional four <br />percent (4%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion <br />of the tenth (lOth) year of full-time, continuous service, after <br />which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) of their base <br />annual salary; thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth <br />(15th) year of full-time, continuous service, such employee shall <br />receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary until after <br />the completion of their twentieth (20th) year of full-time, <br />continuous service and during each year of full-time service there- <br />after, they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base annual <br />salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 4: That all full-time non-uniform personnel listed <br />in this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />required to work by their supervisor, or the Mayor, in emergencies, <br />and shall receive regular rate of pay: New Year's Day, Presidents <br />Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, <br />Good Friday, Christmas Day, the employees's birthday, and a floating <br />holiday. <br />SECTION 5: That all full-time non-uniform police personnel <br />listed in this Ordinance shall be entitled to an annual vacation <br />in accordance with City Ordinance No. 83-31. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all <br />Ordinances or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions inconsistent <br />herewith.
