CITY OF NORTFi OIMSTID <br />OgpIN11NCE NO. 86-82 <br />By; M,ayor Petrigac <br />AN ORDINANCE TO 1KAKE AND TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />CCTRRENT EXPENSES AND OTHEK EXPENDITCIRES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NpRTH pIMSTED FpR 'I'HE yEAR IIQDING DECEMBER 31,1986. <br />f I (Fgl <br />o <br />WHEREAS, Inccane tax collections are anticipated to exceed the original <br />estimate by Ttaenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), <br />N(7W, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 'PHE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, COUN'I'Y OF <br />CLTyp,HOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the General Fund anticipated and budgeted receipts be <br />amerided to read Seven Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred <br />Thirty-six Dollars ($7,508,536), <br />SECI'ION 2: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December <br />31, 1986, that the following stmis be and they are hereby set aside and <br />appropriated as follaws; <br />Czrrent Increased Revised <br />Transfer to Recreation <br />Fund <br />?AI, RIND <br />-p- $12,000 <br />12,000 <br />RECREATION FCIND <br />Consulting Engineer (roof) -0- 12,000 <br />12,000 <br />SBCTZON 3: That the Clerk of Council shall imnediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 4: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments frcHn any of the aforegoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved by the Boar'd of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. ? u? <br />further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expen po <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense consti tu ting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those cavered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made.
