Wilamosky <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE TIMBER TRAIL <br />SUBDIVISION WHICH INCLUDES OLD SHORE DRIVE, TIMBER TRAIL <br />DRIVE, WINDY HOLLOW LANE, HIDDEN CIRCLE, WINDING CREEK <br />LANE, WILD OAK DRIVE, AND BROOK CIRCLE, IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted that all the improvements shown on the <br />improvement plans for Old Shore Drive, Timber Trail Drive, Windy <br />Hollow Lane, Hidden Circle, Winding Creek Lane, Wild Oalc Drive, <br />and Brook Circle, previously approved by this Council, have been <br />completed in accordance witfi the plans and specifications shown <br />thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />the following streets, or portions of streets, designated herein: <br />Old Shore Drive, 1,428.27 feet centerline distance from its <br />easterly intersection with Timber Trail Drive to its westerly inter- <br />section with Wild Oak Drive. <br />Timber Trail Drive, 567.07 feet centerline distance from its <br />southerly intersection with Old Shore Drive to its northerly inter- <br />section with Windy Hollow Lane. <br />Windy Hollow Lane, 1,006.51 feet centerline distance from its <br />easterly intersection with Timber Trail Drive to its westerly inter- <br />section with Winding Creek Lane. <br />Hidden Circle, 180.00 feet centerline distance from its northerly <br />intersection with Windy Hollow Lane to its southerly cul-de-sac point. <br />Winding Creek Lane, 624.87 feet centerline distance from its <br />northerly intersection with Windy Hollow Lane to its southerly inter- <br />section with Old Shore Drive. <br />Wild Oak Drive, 1,390.00 feet centerline distance from its <br />southerly intersection with Old Shore Drive to its northerly inter- <br />section with Bradley Road.
