<br />SECTION 5: That the C1erk shall immediatel,y forward an attested copy
<br />of this Or inance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
<br />SECTION 6: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw
<br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing
<br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved
<br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or
<br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be
<br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons enployed by authority of and in
<br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropriations for
<br />contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council
<br />for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for
<br />purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made.
<br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at
<br />the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City
<br />of North Olmsted.
