CITX OF NORTH qLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86-42 <br />PAGE TWO <br />(e) Police Matron .................. $3.64 Per Hour - lst Year <br /> $4.43 Per Hour - After lst Year <br />(f) Dispatchers (Part Time) ........ $3.64 to $5.30 Per Hour <br />(g) Dispatchers (Full Time) ........ $ 9,800 to $11,902 Annually <br />(h) Senior Dispatcher (Full Time) .. $10,000 to $13,800 Annually <br />(i) Off-Duty Electrical Maintenance. $6.00 to $8.00 Per Hour <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time non-uniform police personnel, having <br />completed five (5) years of full-time, continuous service as employees of said <br />department shall be paid an additional four percent (47) of their base annual <br />salary; thereafter until completion of the tenth (lOth) year of full-time, <br />continuous service, after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) <br />of their base annual salary; thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth <br />(15th) year of full-time, continuous service, such employee shall receive six <br />percent (67) of their base annual salary until after the completion of their <br />twentieth (20th) year of full-time, continuous service and during each year of <br />full-time service thereafter, they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their <br />base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 4: That all full-time non-uniform personnel listed in this <br />Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off unless required to work by <br />their supervisor, or the Mayor, in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate <br />of pay: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor <br />Day, Thanksgiving Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day, the employee's birthday, <br />and a floating holiday. <br />SECTION 5: That all full-time non-uniform police personnel listed in this <br />Ordinance shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with City <br />Ordinance No. 83-31. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all Ordinances or <br />parts of Ordinances or Resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for <br />continuity of services of the safety forces of the City, and further, provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor.
