CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86-35 <br />BY: MR. MCKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR CUi2RENT EXPENSES <br />FOR TREE STUMP GRINDING FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />FROM TO <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT <br />General Fund - Contingency --- $2,000.00 General Fund - Outside Services -$2,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Uirector of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payment from the foregoing appropriation <br />upon receiving proper certificate and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board <br />of Officers authorized by law to approve. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public safety, health and wel- <br />fare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the con- <br />tinuity of services and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all Members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PAS SED : <br />ATTEST: <br />6- <br />FLORENCE E.
