SECTION 5: The basic fees for the use of the second floor facilitv for Gymnastics Program at the Recreation Center shall be as follows: Beginners Advanced Intexmediate Teams I, II, III Open Workout with instruction Open Workout without instruction $ 4.00 - $10.00 Per flour $ 6.00 - $12.00 Per Hour $ 4.00 - $10.00 Per flour $15.00 - $26.00 Per Week $ 5.00 - $10.00 Per Aour $ 3.00 - $ 6.00 Per Hour SECTION 6: The basic fees for women's exercise and mini-tumblers shall be as follows: Women's Rhythmic Exercise $1.50 -$2.25 Per Class (Residents) $2.00 - $3.00 Per Class (Non-Residents) Mini-Tiffiblers $25.00 -$40.00/Session (Residents) $30.00 -$45.00/Session (Non-Residents) SECTION 7: The Recreation Director shall publish the fee schedule so established and post same in a conspicuous place in the Building Lobby. Al1 fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Recreation Department and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recreation Department. SECTION 8: The Recreation Director shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein ead recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons therefore to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recammend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Director shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule, but not less than 50% of the regular rate for specf.Al events and promotional purposes oa a limited basis that are sponsored by the Recreation Department. The Recreation Director shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Director may pay to a sponsoring organization not more than SOX of the spectator admission charges derived from their event. The Director may charge the North Olmsted Darsity Hockey Team the current ice rate from Varsity gate receipts and SOx of the remaining balance. In the event the gate receipts are less than the current ice rate, the Varsity Hockby Team will be billed for the full current rate.
