CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 86 - 27 BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1986, the following sums be and they are hereby transferred as follows: FROM: T0: ENDOWMENT AND GRANT FUND -- $7,880.69 SENIOR CENTER FUND -- $7,480.69 SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall, immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropri- ations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Off icers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditure provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropri- ations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specif ic appropriations herein made. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
