CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-24 <br />PAGE 2 <br />As Councilman from Ward 4, he served on various Council <br />committees. As a member of Council, he constantly <br />surveyed his Ward for trouble spots. It was not unusual <br />to see RUSS BIERMAN conferring with residents at all <br />hours of the day. Many times he would roll up his <br />sleeves and lend a hand. <br />His wife, Jeannette Bierman, and their children, <br />Russell, Jr, and Barbara, along with their three <br />grandchildren, have a right to be justly proud of the <br />service and accomplishments of RUSSELL L. BIERMAN. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Council of the City of North Olmsted personally <br />and collectively, and on behalf of the Mayor and the Administration and all <br />the residents of the City, honors the public service of RUSSELL L. BIERMAN <br />and extends its debt of gratitude to him. <br />SECTION 2: Be it further resolved that this Resolution be spread in <br />full upon the records of this Council and that the Clerk of Council is <br />hereby directed to forward a duly authenticated and executed copy of this <br />Resolution to RUSSELL L.
