. .. ... .. . .... . .. .... .I .. ...., .... .. . . <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />M"+°e <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86 - 21 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR <br />THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1986, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEA, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />FROM Tp <br />GENERAL FUND GENERAL FUND ? <br />Service Department Service Department <br />Street Repair Material --- $9,000 Salt, Cinders & Sodium Chloride --- $9,000 <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasury for payment from the foregoing appropriation upon re- <br />ceiving proper certificate and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward copies of <br />this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure immedi- <br />ately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and continuity of <br />services by guaranteeing the sufficiency of road salt for the "remainder of Winter/1986, <br />and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />of the Mayor. <br />PAS S ED : <br />ATTEST: <br />.,a <br />? <br />FLORENCE E.
