CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-13 <br />BY: <br />MR. MCKAY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR UP Tb 2,000 TONS OF STONE FOR <br />VARIOUS SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for up to 2,000 tons of stone for various <br />Service Department needs according to the specifications now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby delcared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public safety, health <br />and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to pro- <br />vide for the city's stone requirements, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: eZ <br />ATTEST: <br />6. <br />:A24,W,ee_ FLORENCE E.
