CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-12 <br />BY: MR. MCKAY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR UP TO 500 CUBIC YARDS OF CON- <br />CRETE FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROAD REPAIR NEEDS AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLAR- <br />ING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for up to 500 cubic yards of concrete for <br />Service Department road repair needs, according to the specif ications now <br />on f ile in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public safety, health <br />and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to <br />provide for the city's concrete requirements, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PAS SED : <br />, <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
