AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO ALL HOURLY EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a compensation schedule for all hourly personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, so that it is similiar to the wage schedules paid to employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Aiithority. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY QF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That effective February 1, 1986, the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows : A. Bus Operator - Full time Hired on or after November 1, 1979, hourly rates: Classification RTA Code Rate Steps* Title No. 0** 1 2 3 4 Operator 437 7.90 8.505 9.72 10.935 12.15 *Each rate step is one year of full time service. **Rate step "0" is starting rate for those hired after September 5, 1985. Hired before November 1, 1979, hourly rates: Classification RTA Code Rate Steps* Title No. 1 2 3 4 Operator 437 9.72 10.33 10.935 12.15 *Each rate step is one year of full time service. B. Bus Operator - Part time Operators shall be paid $7.90 per hour. C.
