CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />-' RESOLUTI(iN N0 . 86- 1 <br />BY: DEAN McKAY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />FINANCE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A COPY <br />MACHIVE FOR USE IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been advised by the Director of Finance that <br />the existing copy machine, which is located on the first floor of the <br />Administration Building, is insufficient to meet the current needs of the <br />entire administration; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to provide for an additional <br />copy machine to be used in the Finance Department. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for a copy machine according to specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and to execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emeroency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary <br />to provide for the continuity of services within the administration, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED; <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />M.
