~N~„~ <br />18 <br />appropriated by the Legislative Authority for such purposes and <br />are in the treasury of the Issuer or in the process of <br />collection to the credit of an appropriate fund, free from any <br />previous encumbrances. <br />Section 11. Other Documents. The Mayor, the Fiscal <br />Officer and the Clerk, as appropriate, are authorized and <br />directed to execute the Purchase Agreement and any <br />certifications, financing statements, assignments and <br />instruments which are necessary or appropriate to perfect the <br />assignments set forth in the Indenture and to consummate the <br />transactions contemplated in this Bond Legislation, the <br />Indenture, the Agreement and the Purchase Agreement. <br />Section 12. Compliance with Open Meeting <br />Requirements. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Legislative Authority concerning and relating <br />to the passage of this Bond Legislation were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Legislative Authority, and that all <br />deliberations of this Legislative Authority and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in those formal actions, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements, including Section 121.22, Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 13. Approval of Applicable Elected <br />Representative.
