CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 87-127 BY: Mayor Petri ac AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1987 AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, Other Revenue Sources are anticipated to exceed the original estimate by Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000), NOW, Tf~REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COLTN':['Y OF CLTYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the General Fund anticipated and budgeted receipts be amended to read Seven Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Seventy-Eight Dollars ($7,875,078), SECTION 2: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North O]msted during the year ending December 31, 1987, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows; Current Increase Revised Amount Amount Amount GENERAL FUND General Administration: Crumbley vs. Swietynioski, et. al. Payroll Settlement -0- $18,155 $18,155 Interest -0- 2,209 2,209 P.E.R.S. -0- 3,063 3,063 Fire Department: Overtime 76,500 8,000 84,500 SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 4: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
