CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID ORDINANCE N0. 87-120 BY: Mayor Petrigac AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEN~ER 31,1987 AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North O]msted deems it proper planning to determine a proposed roadway profile and submit said profile to the City of Cleveland, Department of Public tltilities, Division of Water for their perusal, and WHEREAS, the City of Cleveland, Department of Public tltilities, Division of Water has requested this information to determine the proper depth of installation of a 42 inch water main proposed for Porter Road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, COtTN'1'Y OF CCTYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North O]msted during the year ending December 31, 1987, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows; Current Increased Decreased Revised GENERAL FUND City Insurance $251,585 -0- $12,500 $239,085 Porter Read Engineering -0- 12,500 -0- 12,500 SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement between the City of North O]msted, Ohio, and Michael Benza & Associates, Consulting Engineers, to perform preliminary engineering to reconstruct Porter Road from Lorain Road to the City of Westlake Corporation Line (approximately one (1) mile). SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 4: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments frcen any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that
