CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 87 - 114 BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1988, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide health services to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1988, through December 31, 1988. SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution to the Director of Finance for authority to pay under the provisions of this contract. shall be forwarded semi-annual payments SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to the residents of this City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
