CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0.87 - 106 <br />BY: /~2.. l.(~~~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 50,000 <br />GALLONS OF SODIUM ACUMINATE FOR USE BY THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES <br />PLANT. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of Sodium Aluminate <br />for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the-Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ,..G,,,~,~t~c.~ ~/~, ~p ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ ~ Q <br />FLORENCE E.
