i ~. <br />BY: ; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87 - 93 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE INCLUSION OF THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE WITHIN THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Zoning Ordinance being Ordinance 62-33, passed <br />June 19, 1962, as amended, has never previously been codified; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has entered into a contract with the Walter H. Drape <br />Company to republish and incorporate the City Zoning Ordinance in the Codified <br />Ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />as codified, renumbered, rearranged and consolidated into Titles Three to Seven <br />of Part Eleven -Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare for the reason that it is imperative to approve inclusion of the <br />Zoning Ordinance within the Codified Ordinances in order to avoid practical and <br />legal entanglements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: .~ ~_~ /p~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />ESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: g'~ <br />/~~ ! c <br />AYR <br />
