ARTICLE 34: HEALTH AND WELFARE FUND <br />Section 1: The City shall continue to participate in the <br />American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />Ohio Council 8 Health and Welfare Fund for all non-probationary <br />employees in the bargaining unit represented by the Union. The <br />City's obligation shall be limited to making contributions at the <br />rate of thirty-one dollars ($31.00) retroactive to July 19, 1987 <br />for each regular full-time employee in the bargaining unit <br />through July 18, 1989. <br />ARTICLE 35: WAGES <br />Section 1: All employees within the bargaining unit shall <br />receive a wage increase in accordance with the provisions of <br />Appendices "A" and "A-1" attached hereto. The City shall compute <br />overtime separately from straight time and shall show the <br />overtime and straight time separately on the employee's pay stub. <br />Additionally,-the City shall compute and show on the employee's <br />pay stub his accrued sick Leave and vacation time. <br />Section 2: Paychecks will normally be available on Friday <br />noon for employees who are not scheduled to work Friday or who <br />have completed their work at that time; and at the end of the day <br />42 <br />. --~ <br />...,..... ._.... ...,, s .,~.-..., ....._,. ~.. <br />...~.~ ~a,........,« ...... ....... .. <br />
