EXHIBIT B-10, cont. <br />LABORER <br />Work can be characterized. by assignment to rotating shifts and <br />working under the operator in charge of the assigned shift. <br />Desirable Knowledge, Abilities and Skills <br />Considerable knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and modern <br />techniques commonly used in public works and utility construction <br />and maintenance activities. <br />Considerable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions <br />necessary in construction and maintenance work. <br />Ability to participate in the work of maintenance and performing <br />varied tasks and to obtain effective results. <br />Ability to establish and maintain effective working relation- <br />ships with employees and the general public. <br />Physical strength and agility sufficient to do strenuous manual <br />labor for extended periods under varying weather conditions. <br />Desirable Experience and Training <br />Considerable experience in performing construction, maintenance <br />and laboring tasks; graduation from a standard high school or <br />vocational school. <br />68 <br />-~.. <br />
