....-,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 87 - 70 <br />PAGE TWO <br />(e) Dispatchers (Part-Time)-------------$3.g1 to $5.55 Per Hour <br />(f) Off-Duty Electrical Maintenance----- 6.29 to 8.38 Per Hour <br />(Part-Time) <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time non-uniform police personnel, <br />having completed five (5) years of full-time, continuous service as <br />employees of said department shall be paid an additional four percent <br />(40) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of <br />the tenth (10th) year of full-time, continuous service, after which <br />such employee shall receive five percent (50) of their base annual <br />salary; thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth (15th) <br />year of full-time, continuous service, such employee shall receive <br />six percent (6%) of their base annual salary until after the completion <br />of their twentieth (20th) year of full-time continuous service and during <br />each year of full-time service therafter, they shall receive seven percent <br />(70) of their bas annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 4: That all fu <br />this r lnance shall receive <br />to work by their supervisor, <br />receive regular rate of pay: <br />Day, Independence Day, Labor <br />Christmas Day, the employees <br />SECTION 5: <br />liste in t is <br />accordance with <br />11-time non-uniform personnel listed in <br />the following holidays off unless required <br />or the Mayor, in emergencies, and shall <br />New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial <br />Day, Thanksgiving Day, Good Friday, <br />birthday, and a floating holiday. <br />That all full <br />Ordinance shall <br />City Ordinance <br />-time non-uniform police personnel <br />be .entitled to an annual vacation in <br />No. 83-31. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all <br />Ordinances or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions inconsistent <br />herewith. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary for continuity of services of the <br />safety forces of the City, and further, provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~~~ /~~r7 <br />AT T: SS <br />6. <br />F ORENCE E.
