WILAA40SKY <br />AN ORDINANCE 'I+0 TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE TRtTST AND <br />AGENCY FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR CCTI2RENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITCTRES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECII~ER 31,1987. <br />WI~REA.S, it has been determined through a study of existing records <br />that One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) exists in the Trust and Agency <br />Fund that should have been transferred to the General Fund upon the <br />completion of inspections over the past Twenty years. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, COtTN'1'Y OF <br />CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending <br />December 31, 1987, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside <br />and appropriated as follows; <br />TRUST AND AGENCY FITND <br />Transfer to General Fund $100,000 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />
