'} ~ ARTICLE YII <br />HOLIDAYS <br />All full-time sworn employees of the North Olmsted Police <br />Department shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall <br />not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the <br />Chief of Police. In the event the employee either works or was not <br />scheduled to work for reasons other than holiday leave on one of the <br />following holidays, then the employee shall receive another-day off from <br />work to replace the holiday he worked or was not required to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave. The scheduled holidays are as follows: <br />New Year's Day <br />President's Day <br />Good Friday <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day (4th of July) <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Veterans Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Employee's Personal Dray <br />ARTICLE IR <br />VACATIONS <br />1. All full-time employees of the Police Department shall <br />be entitled to a vacation with pay, in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />Years of Employment Weeks of Vacation Year of Employment to be taken <br />One (1) Two (2) Second (2nd) <br />Two (2) Two (2) Third (3rd) <br />Three (3) Two (2) Fourth (4th) <br />Four (4) Two (2) Fifth (5th) <br />Five (5) Three (3) Sixth (6th) <br />~ Six (6) Three (3) Seventh (7th) <br />Seven (7) Three (3) Eighth (8th) <br />Eight (8) Three (3) Ninth (9th) <br />Nine (9) Three (3) Tenth (10th) <br />-8- <br />
