CS-1 Rev. 4/1/63 <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />NAME OF STREET <br />ROUTE NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87 _ 24 <br />DATE <br />North Olmsted , <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of <br />_~~y aho Q a County, Obio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement <br />and to request cooperation by the Director of Transportation. <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for and proposes the improvement of a portion of the <br />public highway which is described as follows: <br />The resurfacing and repair of Columbia Road (Old SR 252) from approximately <br />0.23 miles south of Butternut Ridge Road to Lorain Road (SR 10) in the City <br />of North Olmsted, a distance of 1.87 miles more or less. <br />said portion of highway within the municipal corporation limits being hereinafter referred to <br />as the improvement, and <br />wHEREAS, the City further desires cooperation from tho Director of Transportation in the <br />planning, design and construction of said improvement. <br />NOW THERERORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of North Olmsted , <br />Ohio: <br />SECTION I (Cooperation) <br />That said City hereby requests the cooperation of the Director of Transportation in the <br />cost of the above described improvement as follows: <br />The City will assume and bear ten percent (10%) of the cost of the improvement. <br />In addition, the City agrees to assume and bear one hundred (100%) percent of <br />the cost of any work included in the construction contract, at the request of <br />the City, which is determined not to be part of or made necessary by the <br />improvement. <br />SECTION II (Consent) <br />That it is declaredivenbto the Director oftTransportation to constsuctatheCabove des gibed <br />such consent is hereby g <br />improvement, in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates as approved by the Director. <br />SECTION III (Authority to Sign) <br />That the Mayor of said City, is hereby empowered <br />and directed on behalf of the City to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation <br />necessary to complete the planning and construction of this improvement. <br />SECTION IV (Traffic Control Signals and Devices) <br />That traffic control devices installed within the limits of the project will conform with Section <br />4511 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Columbia Road <br /> f <br />~~;~, <br />Old SR 252 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
