TALL OP1 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87 - 15 <br />A PESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR UP TO 500 CUBIC YARDS OF COI~TCRETE FOR <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROAD REPAIR NEEDS AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That <br />authorized to advertise <br />Service Department road <br />file in his office, and <br />is hereby authorized to <br />the City of North Olmst~ <br />the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />for bids for up to 500 cubic yards of concrete for <br />repair needs, according to the specifications now on <br />that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />'d. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the Public Health, Safety <br />and Welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to pro- <br />vide for the City's concrete requirements; and further, provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ /~ ~~~7 <br />ATTEST: <br />6 <br />FLORENCE E.
