<br />,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87 - 4 <br />BY: Ronald J. Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING. THE INTENT OF THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ACCEPT FOR DEDICATION CERTAIN <br />STREETS WITHIN PEBBLEBROOK SUBDIVISION, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 86-113, duly passed on the <br />5th day of November, 1986, the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />accepted the final plat plan and improvement plans for Pebblebrook <br />Subdivision for record purposes only, and. <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to accept said subdi- <br />vision streets for dedication after all improvements have,:been <br />installed and approved according to City standards within the streets <br />within said subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, as a prerequisite for the obtaining of a permit from the <br />City of Cleveland to install water mains within the said streets of <br />said subdivision, the City of Cleveland requires a resolution of intent <br />from the City of North Olmsted before giving such permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Council of the City of North Olmsted does <br />hereby declare its intent to accept for dedication all streets shown <br />on the subdivision plat of Pebblebrook Subdivision, after all improve- <br />ments, including utilities, have been installed and approved. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the City of <br />Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Water. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to assure proper development of all lots and <br />land within Pebblebrook Subdivision, and further, provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />
