(.J?a•,? <br />C I TY OF KORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-127 <br />AN ORDINAIICE CREATING A NEW POSITION AT THE WASTE WATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT ENTITLED PRETREATMENT COORDINATOR. <br />WHEREAS, because of strinqent requirements placed on the City by the <br />Environmental Protection Agency reqarding the pretreatment of certain <br />sanitary sewerage waste it has become necessary to have the efforts of the <br />City in that reqard to coordinate the gretreatment program; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council with the cooperation of the Superintendant of the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant has developed a job description and salary <br />range for the positioa of Pretreatment Coordinator; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the position of <br />Pretreatment Coordinator. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a neW position within the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant of a Pretreatment Coordinator which position <br />has a jab description that which is specified in Exhibit "A" which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2: That the salary range for the position of Pretreatment <br />Coordinator shall be from Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) <br />to Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($20,540.00) annually. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect aud be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: <br />FLOREHCE CAMPBELL, ? <br />CLERR OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />7 <br />r, <br />.
