CITY OF KORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-122 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN TALLON <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF <br />THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY <br />CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE <br />RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT, AS AMENDED. <br />WHr.Kr;AS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applied to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing <br />and inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planninq Commission of the <br />City, an the 22nd day of Nov.mh r, 1988, recomomended approval of the <br />change of the district herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHQGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Comission of this City for its opinion and recomomendation, and after a <br />Public Aearing hereon, notice of Which has been given pursuant to Section <br />14 of Article IV af the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its <br />passaqe pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the mayor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of Narth Olmsted is hereby <br />amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the <br />zoning of the following described parcel of land from General Retail <br />Business District to Single Residence A District: <br />Situated in the City of North olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of <br />Sublot No. 1-A in the Dibenedetto Resubdivision of part <br />of Oriqinal Dover Townshig Lot No. 6, as shown by the <br />recorded plat in Volume 238, Page 64, of Cuyahoga County <br />Plat Records, and bounded and described as follaws: <br />Beginning on the Northerly line of Brookpark Road <br />Extension (80 feet wide) at the Southeasterly corner of <br />said Sublot No. 1-A; Thence 120.51 feet alonq the arc <br />1
