BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88- 121 <br />A RE30LUTION AUTHORIZING THE I+lAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUMTY GENERAL HEALTH <br />DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1989, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHSREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a member <br />af the General Health District of Cuyahaga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the <br />year 1989 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County Health <br />District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND 3TATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", <br />With the Cuyahoqa County General Health District to provide health services <br />to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1989, through December 31, <br />1989. <br />SECTION 2: That a cagy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the <br />Director af Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the <br />provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure imnediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is inanediately <br />necessary for the continuity of health services to the residents of this <br />City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />inmediately upon its passage. <br />PA3SED: ' <br />ATTEST : <br />? ??, ? 4? ? /.Clz ?FLORENCE E.
