<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88 - 120 <br />BY : MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION <br />TO BE PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPERVISORY <br />PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish <br />a compensation schedule for all salaried personnel employed by <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That effective August l, 1988, the compensation <br />to be paid to the salaried personnel of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager <br />Supervisor of Operations <br />Supervisor of Maintenance <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />Maintenance <br />Administrative Assistant <br />Secretary <br />Zone Supervisor <br />Salary Range <br />$27,700 to $42,600 <br />$26,300 to $40,500 <br />$26,300 to $40,500 <br />$24,600 to $38,000 <br />$18,300 to $28,300 <br />$14,500 to $22,300 <br />$24,600 to $38,000 <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance hereby repeals ordinance <br />No. 86-127 and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for further reason that <br />it is necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor.
