Shelters for dogs shall not be subject to the foregoing requirements as to location except that the same shall be confined to the rear yard area. (F) A boarding house. (G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided the same is not over six (6) feet in height above grade level or is more than sixteen (16) feet in length or no part of which is closer than five (5) feet to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the same is located. In no case shall the above be permitted in front setback area. (H) (1) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as to constitute a fence, which is not mroe than six (6) feet high at any time along any side or rear property line which does not extend nearer the street line than the building line, except that fences in which at least fifty percent (50%) of the face is open or hedges may be established from the building line to the street line and on the street line provided the same does not exceed thirty (30) inches in height at any time. No electrified or barbed wire fence shall be erected or installed at any location. (2) A five (5) foot high fence may be constructed on a corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet behind the sidewalk or right-of-way line, whichever is greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety percent (90%) open. (3) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs may be placed so as to constitute a fence which is not more than six (6) feet high along any rear or side property line which abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited Industry District of Mixed Use District. (I) An independent television antenna or radio tower not to exceed fifty (50) feet in height and not used for commercial purposes, so long as it is located in either rear or side yard, attached to the gabled side of the dwelling.
