CI1'Y OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 - 109 <br />BY: MAYOR M. YVONNE PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION t1UTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 2,000 TONS OF <br />STONE FOR VARIOUS SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGIINCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOR7?i <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOG AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone fcr various <br />Service Department needs according to the specifications now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is herehy declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the City's stone requirements, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council. it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:_??`?.. <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORIIVCE E.
