_ _ .. . _ ..x.e..w?,....,rc..? .. .. n. , . , c..... . }...... <br /> <br />(4) That the applicant has not registered with the Director of <br />Budget and Management as provi.ded in subsection (d) hereof. <br />721.05 LICENSE REVOCATION. <br />(a) A license issued under this chapter shall be revoked by the <br />Director of Public Safety for any of the following causes: <br />(1) It is subsequently determined that the licensee provided <br />false, misleading or deceptive information in completing the <br />application form set forth in Section 721.04. <br />(2) The licensee is convicted of a felony or of a misdemeanor <br />involving moral turpitude. <br />(3) The licensee is convicted of a violation of any provision of <br />this chapter. <br />(b) Written notice of such revocation shall be given to the licensee <br />by personal service or by certified mail immediately upon such revocation. <br />721.06 DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING PREMISES. <br />The applicant shall also deposit, before such license is issued, the <br />sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to guarantee the cost of cleaning the <br />premises and removing any property therefrom after the termination of the <br />business. If the premises on which such business is conducted are not <br />cleaned and all merchandise, property, refuse and temporary structures are <br />not removed therefrom and properly disposed of within forty-eight hours <br />after the termination of the business, the Director of Public Safety shall <br />immediately cause such work to be done and report the cost thereof to the <br />Director of Budget and Management, who shall deduct such cost and return <br />any balance of the deposit. The licensee shall be liable for any <br />deficiency. <br />721.07 EXCEPTIONS. <br />(a) The provisions of Sections 721.03 through 721.06 shall not apply <br />to City merchants who offer Christmas trees for sale at their place of <br />business. <br />(b) The provisions of this chapter, shall not apply to any activity, <br />event or function conducted by or on behalf of any recognized nonprofit, <br />educational, philanthropic, civic, religious, political or charitable <br />organization or group, provided that the aforementioned organization or <br />group or person on its behalf shall register with the Director of Public <br />Safety stating the name of the organization or group, the nature of the <br />activity, event or function being conducted, the duration and location of <br />such activity, event or function and shall furnish any other information <br />4
