. a <br />? °.. <br />CITY OF NO1;TH OLMSTID <br />ORDINANC',E N0. 88-93 <br />By: Counci]man Tallon <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CLTRRENT <br />EXPIIVSES AND OTHER EXPIIVDITCTRES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NOR'I'H OINlSTID FOR THE YEAR ENDING DDCIIMBER 31, 1988. <br />NOW, 7'HEREF'ORE, BE IT ORDAINID BY TFIE CITY OF NORTfi OINISTED, (:OtTN'I'Y OF <br />CCTYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending <br />Decenber 31, 1988, that the following stmi.s be and they are hereby set aside <br />and appropriated as folloaas; <br />GEDTERAL F'CTDTD <br />General Goverrunent: <br />Rocky River Court <br />P.E.R.S. <br />Hospitalization <br />Building Department: <br />Building Inspectors <br />Gurrent Increased Decreased Revised <br />$25,000 -0- $6,686 $18,314 <br />300,000 709 -0- 300,709 <br />465,000 900 -0- 465,900 <br />22,888 5,077 -0- 27,965 <br />SECI'ION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall ismtediately forward an at- <br />tested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Ca.yahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments fran any of the aforegoing ap- <br />propriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, ap- <br />proved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Oxw- <br />dinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no <br />warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons em- <br />ployed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made.
