SECTION 2: That Section 911.10 of Chapter 911 of the City of North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, entitled "Sewers Generally," which as now titled and as now reads: "911.10 SEWER CONNECTIONS; TAP-IN PERMIT, FOR OLMSTED TOWNSHIP. The City shall be entitled to collect a tap-in charge for each sewer connection made directly to the City's trunk or interceptor sewer of any building located on property in Olmsted township abutting upon a street or easement in which such sewer is located, which charge shall be collected by the City at the time the permit for such connection s issued, as follows: From January 1, 1985 to March 31, 1988 $ 924.00 From April 1, 1988 to April 30, 1989 $1024.00 From May 1, 1989 thereafter $1100.00" be amended, and as amended, shall be titled and shall read as follows: "911.10 SEWER CONNECTIONS, TAP-IN PERMITS FOR OLMSTED TOWNSHIP. No person, corporation, public agency, partnership or association whatsoever shall connect, or cause to be connected, any buildng or other structure, located in any area of Olmsted Township in which the City, by agreement, with Cuyahoga County, or otherwise provides sanitary sewer services, either directly or indirectly, with the municipal sanitary sewerage system for the purpose of discharging sanitary sewage or industrial waste therefrom, without first securing a permit for such purpose in a form prescribed by the Director and without first paying a tap-in charge determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 911.09(b). In addition, all such owners of property located in Olmsted Township shall comply with all other provisions of Chapter 911 and any other City ordinances, governing the use, operation, and maintenance of the City's sanitary sewer system." SECTION 3: That any ordinance, or part or parts of any ordinance, inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are 4
