the number of benefited units by the rate per unit <br />applicable at such time." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 911.10 of Chapter 911 of the City of North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances, entitled "Sewers Generally," which as now <br />titled and as now reads: <br />"911.10 SEWER CONNECTIONS; TAP-IN PERMIT, FOR OLMSTED <br />TOWNSHIP. <br />The City shall be entitled to collect a tap-in charge <br />for each sewer connection made directly to the City's <br />trunk or interceptor sewer of any building located on <br />property in Olmsted township abutting upon a street or <br />easement in which such sewer is located, which charge <br />shall be collected by the City at the time the permit <br />for such connection s issued, as follows: <br />From January 1, 1985 to March 31, 1988 $ 924.00 <br />From April 1, 1988 to April 30, 1989 $1024.00 <br />From May 1, 1989 thereafter $1100.00" <br />be amended, and as amended, shall be titled and shall read as follows: <br />"911.10 SEWER CONNECTIONS, TAP-IN PERMITS FOR OLMSTED <br />TOWNSHIP. <br />No person, corporation, public agency, partnership or <br />association whatsoever shall connect, or cause to be <br />connected, any buildng or other structure, located in <br />any area of Olmsted Township in which the City, by <br />agreement, with Cuyahoga County, or otherwise provides <br />sanitary sewer services, either directly or indirectly, <br />with the municipal sanitary sewerage system for the <br />purpose of discharging sanitary sewage or industrial <br />waste therefrom, without first securing a permit for <br />such purpose in a form prescribed by the Director and <br />without first paying a tap-in charge determined in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 911.09(b). In <br />addition, all such owners of property located in Olmsted <br />Township shall comply with all other provisions of <br />Chapter 911 and any other City ordinances, governing the <br />use, operation, and maintenance of the City's sanitary <br />sewer system." <br />SECTION 3: That any ordinance, or part or parts of any ordinance, <br />inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are <br />4
