CITY OF NORTH OLMST <br />~ ORDINANCE N0. 88-77 <br />PAGE SIX <br />SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 87-100, adopted by Council on October 6, <br />1987, is hereby repealed and any other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to <br />adjust the rates to be fair and equitable, and further, provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: / <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />b• <br />ORENCE E.
