r. .. . __ ..?_. . _ <br />. ; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-74 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION <br />FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL, AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges <br />for administrative personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the following salary range is hereby established for <br />administrative personnel of the City of North Olmsted. <br />FROM TO <br />A. Clerk of Commissions $20.00 $25.00 per meeting <br />SECTION 2: That the salary range for the Clerk of Commissions, <br />established for the year 1988, will be effective retroactive to January 1, <br />1988. <br />SECTION 3: That salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid <br />by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 4: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances <br />or resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety, and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediatley necessary <br />to review all pay scales and bring them into line due to inflation and cost <br />of living increases, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
