Z CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 88-72 BY: Nlayor Petrigac AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPINSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR TNE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1988. WHEREAS, it has been determined that the revenue to be received from the license plate registration fee was allocated to the Street Maintenance Fund per Ordinance No. 88-22 and it should be allocated to the Motor License Vehicle Tax Fund per Ordinance No. 88-63. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNi'Y OF CIJYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That the total available funds of the Street Maintenance Fund be decrease y 160,000 to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). SECTION 2: That the total available funds of the Motor License Vehicle Tax Fund be i--' ncreased to $160,000. SECTION 3: That the money already deposited from the license plate fees to the Street intenance Fund be transferred from the Street Maintenance Fund and put in the Motor License Vehicle Tax Fund.
